“Jewelry”: Prada presents Eternal Gold: Triangle Logo, Gemstones and Hearts
Prada has just launched the new season of “Eternal Gold” jewelry collection, which still takes the brand’s iconic “triangle logo” as its core element, and uses 100% certified “recycled gold” to shape iconic totems such as triangles, hearts, etc., highlighting the geometrical aesthetics and the spirit of sustainable concepts.
“Eternal Gold” is a collection of recycled gold derived from industrial gold, electronic components and recycled precious metals, which meets the Chain of Custody standards set by the International Council for Responsible Jewelry, and the name of the collection means “Eternal Gold”. The collection is based on the “triangle logo” designed by Mario Prada, the founder of the brand, in 1913, which has been interpreted and recreated in different ways.
The new creations emphasize the “triangle” logo through openwork styles and stone settings – you can see a two-stone ring with a 1.65ct triangle-cut amethyst and a round diamond at each end; a bracelet with a yellow gold chain linking openwork triangles, triangular-cut green quartz, amethysts, and Swiss blue topazes. The bracelet features a gold chain with openwork triangles of green quartz, amethyst and Swiss blue topaz.
The “Love Heart” collection pays homage to the brand’s history and love for it. Each heart is especially rounded and engraved with the brand’s logo; the necklaces are paired with a triangular lock chain or a black velvet rope chain, exuding a youthful and vibrant vibe.
