Stephen Webster Launches Gossip Ring Collection: The Eighth Sin

British designer jewelry brand Stephen Webster has just launched its new season jewelry collection – “The 8th Deadly Sin”, featuring American rapper Machine Gun Kelly, who defines the eighth deadly sin of modern society as “Gossip” with the theme of “Gossip”.

“The 8th Deadly Sin” is an extension of “The Seven Deadly Sins” jewelry collection. “The Seven Deadly Sins” is inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins of Christianity – Overeating, Lust, Covetousness, Outrageous Fury, Sloth, Vainness and Pride. This collaborative collection creates an eighth sin, presenting 10 limited edition ring pieces

Most notable are the two gold Gossip rings, available in yellow or white gold – a pentagram ring with a message bubble motif, oval mother-of-pearl slices and three round diamonds, symbolizing gossip; and a ring wall with an illustration of eyes and ears in bright enamel in shades of sky blue, fluorescent pink, and bright green, adorned with precious metals, a circle, and a three-dimensional spider. The walls are decorated with illustrations of eyes and ears painted in sky blue, phosphor and bright green enamel, precious metal rings and three-dimensional spiders, like a web of lies woven by the gossipers. The gold versions are limited to 10 pieces each.

The other eight Gossip-themed rings are crafted in sterling silver and vividly depict chattering mouths, eyes and ears in eight different colors – you can see the sky blue band with green and pink eyes, the pink band with green and orange motifs for an eye-catching clash of colors, and most unusual of all, a purple band ring! The most unusual is a purple band ring with a bubble pattern lined with slices of onyx and 3 black diamonds with gray and black eyes, revealing a darker vibe. The silver version is limited to 640 pieces each
